Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

All orders are printed to order, whereas, there may be 7-10 business days before shipment.

You will then receive notification of shipment with full tracking information. In some instances, to save you money, we are shipping directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 10-15 business days to receive your order, delivery times may vary depending on your country and product location.

Orders may be cancelled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed, they may not be cancelled.

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address, as we can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.

In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. LMTD Supply Co. will not be held responsible for customs taxes.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order once it has been shipped using the tracking number from the tracking confirmation email.


WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

 

RETURNS

If your item was ordered within 14 days, you can receive a full refund. Otherwise, you will receive store credit. All orders are subject to a restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received in. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned 14 days after delivery


RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an order valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service AND purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item from shipping providers.


RESTOCKING FEE

All returns, either partial or in full, will have a $5 restocking fee deducted from the refund.
